What’s it like?

Pongracz Sparkling Rose is fantastic. It’s a limited production wine, available on an allocation only basis in the UK. Presentation is excellent as we can see from this picture. It’s a pale salmon pink in colour with a very fine mousse of tiny bubbles. Lovely flavours with wonderfully balanced acidity. If you like Laurent Perrier Rose but don’t want to fork out upwards of £40 per bottle then this is the wine for you.
