What’s the wine like?

In a word – stunning. Kaapzicht Steytler Vision is the flagship wine of the estate, and this 2006 was so good it swept the board with awards winning John Platter 4.5 stars, Decanter Gold Medal, IWSC Gold Medal & Best in Class, Michael Angelo Gold Medal, Tri Nations Gold Medal, Old Mutual Wine Show Trophy for best Pinotage Blend.

It’s a blend of Cabernet, Merlot and Pinotage. Huge black fruit with dark cherry and chocolate flavours.

How much? Where from?

Surprisingly it’s very difficult to find. At time of writing I could only find it with SAwinesonline at £26.99 and www.goodwineonline.co.uk at £20.95
