Alan McCorkindale Waipara Valley Pinot Noir 2006
Alan McCorkindale, like John Forrest, seems to be popping up here and there making wines for other people as well as his own.
What’s it like?
Well the presntation is excellent, in an over sized, heavy bottle. The good news stops there though. The wine’s disappointing, specially as Alan’s Sauvignon Blanc is so good. It’s dull and lacking in fruit and has nothing really to recommend it.
How much? Where can I buy it?
Winedrop.co.uk have it on at £14.49 but the best deal for Alan McCorkindale Waipara Valley Pinot Noir 2006 is www.goodwineonline.co.uk at £13.97
