This is a cracking new winery producing some exceptional wines on a small scale. Friends Norm Doole and Drew Dowie got tired of seeing their hard grown grapes going into the blending pot for bigger companies and decided to make their own wines. The results are spectacular. I recommend you try their wines.

What’s it like?

It won Winestae Magazine’s ‘Best of State’ award so that’s pretty impressive for a start. Flavours of cherry and red fruits with vanilla, not the peppery, spicy style. Very smooth and full bodied with remarkable length. Again Norm and Drew have mastered the balance between fruit, wood, alcohol and tannin perfectly.
