El Porvenir de los Andes is a remarkable family owned winery situated in the Salta district of North West Argentina at altitude. Due to the unique messoclimate of their vineyards, the region’s 320 days a year of sunshine  and the dedication of  the family to producing only top quality wine, they make some truly stunning wines in limited quantities. Every single one of their wines is excellent, and their Laborum range are simply magnificent.

What’s it like?

Superb in a word. Limited production of only 11673 bottles. Enticing fruit on the nose with huge cherry fruit on the palate and a silky smooth mouth feel. The mature tannins are expertly balanced by the fruit, alcohol and acidity. Amazing length too. This is a sensational Cab Sauv, I can’t recommend it enough.
